Why it exists
Media lists go out of date.
Journalists change jobs, outlets close and newsroom inboxes change. A list bought once goes stale, and nobody tells you which entries are wrong.
Anyone can suggest a fix
Outlets and members can correct a profile or add a missing outlet. PressPort staff review each suggestion before it goes live.
Email reveals are limited
Free members can reveal 10 new emails a day and 100 a month. The limit stops the directory being scraped for bulk mail.

Where the data comes from
The outlet records in MediaDatabase come from media data maintained by PressPort. PressPort staff also review the corrections and new outlets that members submit before they appear in the directory.
Once you have found the right outlets, you can reach them with press release distribution with PressPort.
